Mr. Collard was an advisor to President Clinton's National Economic Council, World Bank, EBRD, Boris Yeltsin's Russian Privatization Agency on Western turnaround and equity capital investing techniques. He is Past Chairman of TMA. Collard has been inducted into the Turnaround Management, Restructuring, Distressed Investing Hall of Fame.
